room service problem late checkout inflexibility
the staff was very helpful and friendly all the time.
i was disappointed with the room service it had issues despite three requests my order did not arrive then they apologized i forgot about it too there was no flexibility for late check out upon departure , made me sad.

rude hostess unacceptable response
the afternoon tea met my expectations with ample portions.
The hostess, annabel, was rude upon arrival. she did not smile or welcome us, something i expect at a hotel. i asked her to clean our table faster as we waited, but she said we had to wait for her manager. Her response seemed unacceptable for a five-star hotel.

superb stay!
warm welcome attentive service well-designed layout smooth reservation
i found the reception staff very cute and helpful , they swiftly checked me in. i also appreciated the evening bar, with staff who provided very attentive service. my suite had a well-designed layout. the reservation process was also very smooth and friendly.
the late check-out was not flexible, slightly disappointing.

the building's interiors feature great design elements that create a perfect ambiance and atmosphere. spotlessly clean conditions were present throughout the hotel, which ensures a pristine environment. the overall vibe of the hotel was very lively.

the room was spotlessly clean with a very well-designed and arranged space. it had everything i could want or need, which contributed to a comfortable stay. products in the mini bar were selected from elit brands, i noticed.

the afternoon tea in the foyer room had fantastic service from the staff. sandwiches were very good, as were the sweets. the staff seated me promptly and spoilt me thoroughly for a good two hours.

small room inconsistent service
the location was central which was convenient for getting around.
the room felt quite small despite being a 'mayfair room' it lacked space i expected. the service was also inconsistent i often had to ask multiple times for basic things. the noise from the street was noticeable even on a higher floor making sleep difficult some nights.
