“I brought my children to Claridge's for their festive Afternoon Tea, and the experience was simply lovely. The lovely staff tailored a special children's menu with plain sandwiches, a thoughtful touch. The festive menu was exquisite, especially the Christmas pudding that my husband and I enjoyed. Even the children's hot chocolate, made from hot Belgian chocolate poured over warm milk, was a good surprise! This was a dining experience that were great.” view full review

However, I recommend booking your appointments well in advance, as they are quite popular! I also wish I had requested a larger treatment room for a massage, since I found it a bit snug. The welcoming staff made us feel special right from the doormen to the attentive receptionist who left a lovely birthday note and cake in our room.
